- Incorrect Product Delivery: If you received a completely different product than what you purchased due to our error.
What is NOT covered by exceptions:
- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the product after purchase.
- Lack of Compatibility: Issues arising from your device not meeting minimum requirements or software conflicts on your end (please check product specifications carefully before purchase).
- User Error: Mistakes made during purchase or redemption by the customer.
- Dissatisfaction with Content (for free or clearly described products): For free products like our "Java Interview Questions PDF," there is no monetary transaction, and thus no refund is applicable. For paid content, dissatisfaction with the subjective nature of content that matches its description.
- Misunderstanding of Product Features: It is the customer's responsibility to review product descriptions and specifications thoroughly before purchase.
